Change Bank Details

 
 

You must update your Bank details so that remittances from Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund reach you at the earliest.

Step 1 Please download and take a print out of the Common Transaction Form generated and affix your signature.
Step 2 Please visit the nearest Branch or Authorized Collection Centre with the following documents:
  • A print out of the form provided with your signature affixed.
  • Attested Copy of the PAN card (with the original for verification).
  • Cancelled cheque of the bank that you wish to switch your details.
